Sinhai Was Established in 2003
Jiashan Sinhai Precision Castings Co., Ltd. was established in 2003 and is a member unit of the China Foundry Association. It currently has over 350 employees, including more than 10 senior engineers and over 50 senior technical management personnel. The company covers an area of 35,000 square meters.
The company established a technology research and development center in 2009, specializing in the development of new products and new technologies, and was rated as a national high-tech enterprise. It has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and is equipped with:
Mold Design and Processing Workshop
Specializing in 3D design, processing and assembly of casting product molds.
Silica Sol Precision Casting Workshop
We specialize in the production of precision castings made from stainless steel, alloy steel, and carbon steel. Our products are widely used in various industries, including petrochemicals, hardware machinery, automotive, food processing, sanitary ware, medical equipment, and water treatment. The company is capable of producing and processing precision castings ranging from 10 grams to 200 kilograms, with an annual production capacity of over 2,500 tons. Our products are exported to Europe, the United States, Japan, and other countries and regions, and we possess independent export rights.
Precision Machining Workshop
Equipped with over 70 sets of cutting-edge processing machinery, including 76 CNCs, 20 machining centers, and 11 conventional lathes, our facility stands ready to handle the intricacies of precision engineering. Capable of processing products with diameters reaching up to 1100mm, we ensure meticulous attention to detail and unparalleled precision in every project we undertake.
Laboratory
We are equipped with a German SPECTRO direct-reading spectrometer with 25 elemental channels, capable of analyzing materials such as standard stainless steel, standard duplex stainless steel, super duplex stainless steel, and carbon steel. Our testing equipment also includes a computer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine, pendulum impact testing machine, low-temperature impact testing apparatus, touchscreen digital Rockwell hardness tester, digital Brinell hardness tester, Leeb hardness tester, inverted metallurgical microscope, projector, handheld 3D scanner, coordinate measuring machine (CMM), calcium-iron analyzer, and NDJ-5S viscometer, among others.
